Indiana Fireworks Legal Information

Know Your Local Laws First

Before lighting any fireworks, always check your local city and county ordinances. While Indiana state law sets the foundation for fireworks use, your local government may have stricter rules that further limit when, where, and how you can use fireworks. Local restrictions take precedence over state law and must be followed.
